I like the fact that I have been assigned to work in the day-shift as it would have not been possible for me to work on night-shifts. Due to the work from situating the office timing has also been somehow made flexible to cope up with any sort of inconvenience faced while working in a homely environment.

I had a very negative experience with this organization. The company consistently finds different ways to deduct salaries and has an unspoken expectation for employees to work extra hours, even on weekends. Most importantly, there is a lack of clarity regarding the Key Result Areas (KRAs) for any role. Employees are often asked to perform tasks that are outside their job descriptions, with the only exception being mopping the floors. Furthermore, if you decide to resign, they have the audacity to use your name to withhold invoice payments. I strongly suggest that you consider leaving a gap in your resume rather than working for this organization.
