Nothing! It's a terrible place to work.

Dislikes

Everything. 1. Unrealistic targets, failing to achieve which leads to salary deduction. 2. No job security. 3. Toxic culture and exploitative managers. They speak to you very rudely and look for every chance to mark you LOP or deduct your salary even if it not your fault 4. There is mot much job security and the management is pretty weak.

Dislikes

They have an absurd hire and fire policy. They can fire you without giving any ground even within 15days of your joining.

I like the fact that I have been assigned to work in the day-shift as it would have not been possible for me to work on night-shifts. Due to the work from situating the office timing has also been somehow made flexible to cope up with any sort of inconvenience faced while working in a homely environment.

Dislikes

At times it really gets very challenging to work from a homely environment that can sometimes lower the work quality. I am eagerly waiting for offices to reopen.
