A ridiculous work culture with no cooperation from the management side. No growth no skill development programs are there. So i recommend not to join this company specially freshers.

To be honest I don't like anything in this company because they are just using you for creating profits for themselves only so you are basically working here for their profit and not for your own profit.

Nothing to be liked about. They pay you so little and get so much work done from the employee.

Everything from the director to the HR manager. They behave like dictators . Give unreasonable target and upon raising voice they they try fire out the one who do so. Really terrible work culture. They treat you like school students. Pointing out for for anything you do.

Disgusting management. They keep on rejecting files and incompetent QC persons to work with. They only read the file and work mechanically. They only reject files if they do not find the keywords. Hectic. Boring. No growth and no prospect. They keep on hiring people with lower salaries. At the start they tell you that 15k is the salary. After selection,they say your salary will vary from 6-15k.

One can easily vouch for job security in Acadecraft Pvt LTD. However, work culture and company policies are average.

Dislikes

I work in Night Shift and Management in night shift is poor, may be due to communication gap. Although, Management in day shift is quite good. Targets are high and incentives are low.
