Nothing to be liked about. They pay you so little and get so much work done from the employee.

Everything from the director to the HR manager. They behave like dictators . Give unreasonable target and upon raising voice they they try fire out the one who do so. Really terrible work culture. They treat you like school students. Pointing out for for anything you do.

Currently, I am working in Acadecraft since 1.5 years and my work-experience is so far good here because of smooth work routines and cooperative team members. As per employees abilities and work-load, they are being paid nice. I am enjoying here and grateful to work in such a healthy environment.

Teammates are supportive and nothing is good apart from that

Disgusting management. They keep on rejecting files and incompetent QC persons to work with. They only read the file and work mechanically. They only reject files if they do not find the keywords. QC person doesn't even know about the subject topics and keep on judging files and rejecting them. Work culture is boring. A complete waste of time. Do not join this company.

Hectic. Boring. No growth and no prospect. They keep on hiring people with lower salaries. At the start they tell you that 15k is the salary. After selection,they say your salary will vary from 6-15k.

There is only problem which I find messy is that sometimes team takes 1 week to do the work which can be done in only 4 days.

The location of the office is wonderful. If you travel by metro, then the station is just five minutes from the office. Moreover, if you travel using app-based rides, it won't be a problem for the driver to recognize the office.
