Acadecraft is open to innovation and ready to adopt employee's suggestions. The work culture, behavior of the management is excellent and the most important thing that I have experienced in my past is the salary issue which I think every individual has faced, but working with Acadecraft has never let me down with the salary thing.

Honestly speaking there are pros and cons in every company which I think is the part of life and working culture but till date I didn't find any and hoping for the same in future.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to pitch for my company as a marketer but I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. s long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

Don’t join this pathetic organisation, CEO is a typical dukaandar with absolutely zero understanding of anything. They will ruin your mental peace and career without any second thought. Also you cannot take breaks! An app called Hubstaff will monitor your timings and take screenshot of your screen every 5-10 mins.
