For me as Tower crane technician its good. I traveled any city here in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia because of the project into the other city. Work balance is good since I am handle in one project with 16 Tower cranes.

Dislikes

What I didn't like working in my company is when you have a supervisor that he didn't know his job he just came in the company because of his relatives that ask him to in.
