If the Cadre/ Grade/Position is good then everything going to be good and everyone loves to work at any airport. But , if some one is paid and treated like a labour then no one will get interest to work at any airport.

If you are not an Emirati, and a White collared or above Cadre job / employee then there is " No " respect for you..
