First I must thanks to ABT because I learned lot in this company. This company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work whole day and night in continueosly as I have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night also. I got lot of work pressure, I didn't bother about work pressure but growth is too slow.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire work done by the labours and manage day to day yield Operations.all the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes, but it's OK. As long as I get work closely with the client

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
