Many things cannot even think to start the list I would suggest not to join this company. They will treat you like a shit when you put a paper. If you are in a good list of management then only you can expect growth in the company, financially and job profile wise otherwise you can work hard with all the dedication but nobody will appreciate you, not even your manager. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
