I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I like nothing about this ably soft company. No such things that i can mentioned here to praise this company this is the worst i have ever seen . Worst policies, management. Leave system is very poor . Micromanagement is here. Treat employees like robot. If you take short leave then you have to cover that leave on next day otherwise you next leaves will deduct. There is no job security in this company, they can whenever fire you basis on the irrelevant reasons. They are always up to hire the employee on as much less salary as possible. Baseless oral tests happens in the name of evaluation, no motivation only and always demotivating you and your hardwork, zero appreciation.
