My current organization sarounding work is very friendly environment and culture also my team is amazing, my employer makes employees feel valued each nd every person .I meet the every day new person so I want learn more cordinated person, human nature.

Dislikes

In there organisation all things are good but as for career growth something stuck improving my self. There little bit multitasking work its good to me .. but sometime . Management not in proper way guide.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
