Since i have Been working for 16 years in the same bank, my team mates are like my family. I have a very good working environment. I had an opportunity to train my colleagues and share my knowledge.

Dislikes

With all the positives there will be some negatives and more you work in one institution you can pin point exactly. Segregation of duties is the issue. There is very less opportunity where I could get an opportunity to move to a higher level since seniority is given first preference. Speaking about salary it’s not up to the mark, atthis point of my career and after spending so many years in the same institution I would have expected to reach minimum Ra.9lakh per annum pay scale which is not the case now....Read More

It is one of the well know bank in co-operative sector, teammates and colleagues are helpful, but not ambitious. Career growth is little bit slow. Salary is also not competitive in today's market. But 100% job security you can have. You can maintain work and personal life in proper balance.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, senior staff are almost more than 50 years of age, so they are not competitive in nature or innovative.

Work Details

My work is not hectic as i am comfortable in working at branch business. As well as manage day to day branch operations. The tasks offered to me are repetitive, but i like to talk with customers and deliver what they want, it is a great learning.
