Office timings - 9.30-8 almost Everyday without any compensation in time or salary Salary deduction with negative hours Even Washroom times deducted No site visits Narsisist Manager Micro managing at its worst Mostly its drafting works Contract includes lot of unnecessary things Most of Reviews on other sites are fake becausethey blackmail you to give good reviews They take a month of salary & if you want experience letter they don't return your salary. So the experience letter costs a month salary for you which is not ethical practice. In any circumstances If you want to leave before a contract ends you don't get anything. The company is good for people who want to learn and grow as freshers. Its been more than a year i have been working here at Abhikalpan. You will be exposed towards real estate industry and live working of the projects.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not possible. You are in the office from 9:30 am to 8-9 pm. You only get time to eat and sleep. Work load is bad. Everything is urgent at site. HR policies are weird and unreasonable.

Exposure to actual market conditions. You get to learn new software and freshers get to learn every detail in architectural deliverables.

Dislikes

Zero appreciation. Company policies are just nonsense. Somehow good for freshers but not worth it for long run. Hire you as consultant and expect to dedicate your entire time to the firm. Appraisal is not performance based. Count your every minute and deducts your salary for negative working hours. No peace!

Company policies are the worst. You'll always be working extended hours which are not paid btw. I.e. 9.30 am to 7.30-10.00 pm. You get 1.75 leaves per month which you cannot take the day before or after your weekly off or public holiday otherwise that will be counted as leave as well. You're expected to be working all the time. Strict timings and breaks. You'll be sitting under principle architect's observation. Good large scale projects to learn and explore. Teammates are supportive.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign. The work culture is not good at all. The behaviour of seniors is not very good. There is no work life balance and one has to always work under pressure here. No benefits in terms of extra incentives for working late hours. Job security is not there at all. The work pressure is vey high. Work lift balance is not considered at all. Its like we have to be always available at this work from home times. There are no privilege's given to us during this covid times. Laptop, wifi everything was in the employees scope. People join and leave this organization on monthly basis because of the strict rules.
