Likes

Good place to work, with full freedom of planning, decision making, good support team. Directors are well understanding, excellent work satisfaction. Its a start up company lot to learn.

Dislikes

Company has limited growth prospect, Working time is bit issue as a responsible person I have to work for more than 12 hours some time.

Work Details

As CEO of the company my job is to manage over all activity of the organisation, which includes marketing, team management, revenue generation, planning, liaison with government department, staff recruitment, commercial business, etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
