Value of Respect is only there in words and not in practice. No respect for the human behind the machine, their personal time. Too cut-throat; aggressive approach within HR (Expert division specifically) itself. Businesses on the other hand are fairly well treated.

The company its self its greater but the management is not good. people don't have experience and holding the post. This is the draw back of the company. Working as a IT head and he is holding engineering degree in mechanical so said. You don't get appearance of your work.

Their is no salary appraisal if you are close to manager you have every thing other wise no value of your job. How qualified and hard worker you are this is my experience of 23 years in the company.
