As someone who had the misfortune of working with the Big 4s, due to hectic work culture and constant demeaning by managers, I must say the workload is much more manageable here. You are offered flexibility of working, if your performance is as per management expectations. The GM, at Kolkata level understands your problems and grants leaves when required. The pay also is much better here as compared to other CA forms where you work your rear end off with half the salary....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
