Nothing other than friendly environment.

There is no individual work recognization and encouragement and there is no value for hardworker. They simply gave one online test to separate employees and they did terminate many fresh employees without giving online test result and gave convinced reason that BUSINESS LOSS. What we should do in this critical situation even we requested them but no use. And the sad part is they saved who do not have any programming knowledge even still we are not understanding how they saved other employees....Read More
