Work culture is good. More job security. Leading company in industrial automation. Many projects to switch, if you stay for long term

Dislikes

Average paying product company. It looks like an old school, with strict 9 hours working and all. Shortage of female employees and hardly you find youngsters here, so lack of youth enthusiasm here. Many projects are still running on legacy technologies.
