Likes

Local and non local partiality, especially Kerala and Andhara, Also Mr.Ramesh having Religion feelings.

Dislikes

Top level management is excellent, ground level like GM opp Mr. Ramesh bharanya, production manger Mr. jayan, maintenence mAnager Mr. Santhosh, they are having local feelings and also having women herasment, half salaries will pay, payment for only working days only at Nizampatnam site

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
