I have not experienced anything negative yet. Because the respective supervisors are there to check and fix the deficiencies from the begining to the last packing of a product with the cooperation of the workers,managers and operators. Abad has its own quality control unit to closely monitor the quality of the product at each stage.

I have been working as a production supervisor for more than four years in Abad fisheries and Iam satisfied. Every day new knowledge come to the experienced workers and from the managers. There is no doubt that there will be a good career growth.
