1. Management is always supportive. They always encourages new practices. They treat employees as their family members. 2. Employees are given a free hand to learn and implement. 3. A pan India based consultancy firm. A lot can be learnt. 4. No delay in salary payment.

Dislikes

1. It would be much better if they hire right, correct and deserved candidates. 2. Not strict enough which leads to a confused environment some times.
