This feedback is for all d women considering a position at Rainbow School. Here's some Honest advice: it's better to be unemployed for a month than to join this school. once u get hired u for the required designation for which you have applied for , u ll be mde to do everything—admin, receptionist duties, counseling, couriering, dispatching & even HR tasks. dey basically want 1 person to do all d work. In Brahmand branch , there's a so-called Branch Head & School Manager who are only hired to watch u 24/7 via CCTV cameras & micromanage every aspect of ur work. D least u can expect is respect, but they don't have any, so they believe in not giving to others . On top of all dat, you won't have just 1 boss. You'll end up reporting to 10 different people as you will responsibile for hell number of other things to, coz no 1 stays der for more than 2 mnts after seeing d reality. d internal politics & toxic environment are unbearable. There's no growth, no holidays even if its your own marriage,Sickness, or any other health issue , dey ll ask u 2 cme or else dey ll terminate u all im saying this with my personal experience of 9 months So, Stay away for your own sanity and mental peace....Read More

1) They will deduct your salary if you are absent even for a day. 2) If their attendance software fails and marks you absent, even if have worked on those days, they will not pay you for those days, even if you plead and provide them with evidence of you being present. 3) Hire and Fire policy. 4) They play with people's career. 5)They have a tendency to experiment with you and even if you work well but not as per their expectation, they will terminate you without hesitation. 6) Never allow them to use you as a trail product. Every Saturday working for teachers. Sandwich holiday - deduct your salary. No holiday - it means you need holiday supposed Saturday took holiday so deduct your salary Sunday also. So it's not good.

Nothing, worst company ever worked with. They hire you on their admission time and fire you once admissions time over. Don't join. worst management, they don't understand anything about digital marketing.
