My experience at AB InBev's NAZ OTC Tower was overwhelmingly negative. The company culture is plagued by toxic positivity, where genuine concerns are dismissed with hollow motivational phrases. Managers are incompetent and abusive, lacking basic leadership skills and process knowledge. They prioritize appeasing foreign stakeholders over addressing local issues, demonstrating a sycophantic and ineffective leadership style. The HR department is spineless, consistently siding with management and ignoring employee complaints. Work-life balance is non-existent, with employees expected to work 15-16 hours daily, leading to severe burnout. Employees are treated like robots, with no consideration for their personal well-being.
