Just the skill development and opportunities

Dislikes

Lack of employees, do cost cutting by this method and loads people with tons of work. Toxic people and teams. no one is ready to take care of it. Lacks leave policy even new year and Christmas are optional holiday, only 4 mandate holidays.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
