I really wish there was something I could write here. Thought long and hard but couldn't come up with anything and that speaks volumes about the kind of organization it is.

Dislikes

The work culture is as bad as it gets. The management doesn't care about the well-being of the employees at all. They are always busy pushing their agenda. What makes the whole experience worse is the fact that even after slogging for 14 hours a day, your efforts are not appreciated. They are always trying to find reasons to criticize employees. They have never had a plan in place to address concerns regarding employees' future plans/trajectory in the organization. It baffles me to think that an organization so shallow and selfish spends a shit ton of money in the name of employer branding. That's all there is to it.
