It’s Culture which is close to my heart and love imbibing the culture in me irrespective of who follows. Opportunities to move across functions hence enabling self and expanding the functional knowledge. challenge accepted , on the toes and never in comfort zone attitude worked with Diverse leadership ( Belgium , Brazil , Mexico )knowing them personally , understanding them (culture n working style ) n working alongside them has been a great learning experience. As GCC we are taking baby steps: the systems and tools used are outdated need to upgrade as it takes a toll on everyone. When we look at a growing career path then for that GCC needs to Grow at a faster rate as abundance of talent but less opportunities within. focus should be on developing leadership skills across all boards notspecific to a function or premiere tier schools . Incredible learning experience as I have changed 3 roles in 3 years ( I doubt I could have done the same in any other organisation) Met amazing colleagues and leaders. Management always stood beside me through thick and thin. GREAT.
