Initial package is way more than the market standards.

Worst culture ever. works like an KPO. Increments are like peanuts. No growth. in the name of Growth, they either put in IIM guys who do not have bring any sort of experience or some technical guy who doesn't know anything in F&A. Bonus - you just get excuses that company is not doing well and no bonuses. No Job security - employeesare thrown out of the company without any prior notification. Insurance would be out of employees pocket. food quality is d poorest....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
