Yes am like this company. which is Good work environment and culture supportive team.company policy is very good ,bonus every6 months, finally good environment here

Some politics every where but not like a issue salary have no any issues but personal growth is slow there is not any bond for work but alternatives date is required

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
