Aaryavin is really a cool company to work and have lot of opportunities to learn especially for freshers and even for experienced people. One of the plus point the company is top management they are supportive, helpful. They treat their employee as a valuable assets and talking about boss of the company vishal sir is a very kind andpositive personality, he is a cool, fun loving guy. He is always available to help and supportive in tough time. He is down to earth personality, never feels that he is the boss. I admire him a lot. For me Aaryavin is my second home. Nothing to like. If you wanted to grow in career, don't join. This company is not growth oriented. Few employees behaviour is very bad. They got senior position but don't know how to behave with colleagues and juniors. Such kind of organisation will never grow and employees will not find any growth individually.
