Aaryavin is really a cool company to work and have lot of opportunities to learn especially for freshers and even for experienced people. One of the plus point the company is top management they are supportive, helpful. They treat their employee as a valuable assets and talking about boss of the company vishal sir is a very kind andpositive personality, he is a cool, fun loving guy. Please don't join this company. People are highly manipulative here. They will call for the interview and never give you desired salary. There is no proper structure and management. There is not even a proper separate HR department. No professional environment at all, not even a proper office.
