Working at client site and never having visited the HO, there is little I can comment of the company culture. And since we were hired for this specific project, and having full support from our reporting Officer, this has been a great place to work and grow.

They give promotion to the person who is golu (character from Mirzapur 2) of their boss. Person on post like Deputy Chief Resident Engineer scrolls Instagram reels whole day and 'golu' handles the site and mployees. 'Golu' enjoys the power of Deputy Chief Resident Engineer like approving timesheets, leaves, handle mails.

Senior cad engineers in highway structure department was worst people. They will do lot of politics on new commers. They will do anything what they want.

Force employee to mark full present in Client office, but mark absent or leave in Aarvee internal attendance, so that money can be taken from client full and salry can be deducted. 9. Every person knows who is culprit, but of culprit would be from their people (belongs to their side ) than no enquiry, but if other than termination, cases etc. 10. In JJM UP, PM, DPM took bribe from contractors as comission openly, and signed bills without verification. 11. If you deny to pass bills, than PM/DPM self sign bill and sent for payment release and took money from contractor. 12. Comission is 0.5 percent of per bill 13. Aarvee employee going for site verification and took money near about 3000 per village, 3000 per PDI, 5000 per stage concreting, 3000 per tube well development. 14. They hire employee for only fullfill requirement of RFP. 15. No value of telented people in this organisation. 16. 3 month notice period and if you want to leave company with relieving letter you have to serve 3 months notice period even a peon jas to serve 3 months notice period, in market nobody is waiting for 90 days, so firstly you have to resign and take risk of unemployment than search jobs, inshort you have to remain unemployment for searching next job. 17. Work-life balance is perfect in this company. You cannot get work from home. Whatever work you do should be done in office. It's the best part.

Architecture team is worst. They don't see the hierarchy of employees. Managers does nothing dump all works on interns. They give lot of importance to NIT Graduates even though they just manage things. Even according to salary hierarchy so much politics will be involved.

I liked working under my line manager of Hyderabad office who are quite cooperative and helpful.

Upper Management is not promising. In my case Regional Director - North (Delhi office) has promised false commitment during retention effort on my resignation but couldn't fulfill. However, in the second instance when i resign he forcefully terminate my services without any basis to it.
