Campus is good, salary amount is good but 3 months delay is a regular affair. Students are typical tamil students but are affectionate.

Dislikes

Salary delay is regular, management don't bother about staff, personal skill enhancement is not promoted due to fear of surprise MCI inspections. Fight for promotion is regular affair. Not a great building but good ventilation. Management don't promote conducting Conference or such activities which requires budget etc. Research and publication is least supported financially.

I worked as Associate Professor in Community Medicine, also as Library in-charge and Secretary for Institutional research committee. Total 9 years of work experience in AVMC.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
