Previously the company was average, but since last year the work culture, environment, managers, leaders & senior leadership team have become toxic. The company relocating employees to different locations & departments with out prior notice. They have stopped filling positions vacated by resigned employee or reducing employees and overloading single employees with work of multiple people. The no of manager & leaders exceeds the number of actual working staff. Under the guise of cost cutting, even basic amenities like quality tea are no longer provided. The salary range, and the promotion these two are very frustrati g. A head who works in the same organisation for @6 years are standing at 18 lakh and new employee from other organisation having experience of 9 year is taking 24 lakh. Very frustrating
