Dislikes

STAFF and RULES are very BAD. In lab executive and senior executives are Targeting some lab assistant and behaving very badly.

Company works on the motos of care, integrity and excellence. It works for employee care. Many programs like sampark, eklavya, pahal are runs for employees benefit. Company works on ideology of safety first. any employee has authority to stop the production if he observe any safety and process deviation at any given point of time.

Dislikes

No dislike at such. Only point is that my dahej plant is to far from city and road conditions remain not good in most of the year. In mansoon it become worst. we spend almost 5 to 6 hours daily to & fro from bharuch city to dahej

I am in process engineering department so in my department everyday new and innovative trouble shooting we are facing so it quite good for us learn new things I a technical way and here if u have genuine suggestion with technical support then u can implement it easily after discussing with senior ,manager or DGM ,site head etc.

Canteen and there food both are not well.

Great Work Culture and the commitment of the top management towards quality infrastructure and its employees. The vision of the top management is absolutely world class.

Dislikes

Unequal treatment towards Scientists who work inside the lab and people who sit in the sitting area. Even after working rotational shifts, people don't get 5 day, but people in general shift (mostly top local management) enjoy 5 day week. Local top management does not give a shit about people working in the lab. -Politics from top level management to bottom level - Safety is only on document, nobody cares only productivity important safety is at last - nobody support to safety professional - rules, policies are for only show off - wrong question asking policy to wrong person - safety officer is totally responsible for all incidents without any concern many more things to discuss on dislikes
