At Aarti Industries, it's easy to work on the field with safety and easy ground staff.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The management is very volatile about their decisions. Also, the various departments are neglected until they became worse. and then the management tries to patch things up, thus the separation rate of employees is higher.
