I work in aarti industries last 4 year's,and company providing facilities,care for family,and some new learning skills and how to control challenge and failure best learning experience in working.

Nothing but ,, behaviour most important in any way in world,, How to speak and saying ABOUT someone person mistake not satisfied.

I am in process engineering department so in my department everyday new and innovative trouble shooting we are facing so it quite good for us learn new things I a technical way and here if u have genuine suggestion with technical support then u can implement it easily after discussing with senior ,manager or DGM ,site head etc.

Canteen and there food both are not well.

Previously the company was average, but since last year the work culture, environment, managers, leaders & senior leadership team have become toxic. The company relocating employees to different locations & departments with out prior notice. They have stopped filling positions vacated by resigned employee or reducing employees and overloading single employees with work of multiple people. The no of manager & leaders exceeds the number of actual working staff. Under the guise of cost cutting, even basic amenities like quality tea are no longer provided.
