Management doesn't address employees issue. No senior guidance every senior keft the company because the manager was not very polite. They would lie to every client to bring a project telling that there employees are having 5 years experience even if they are freshers.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
