Aarize group is known for toxic work culture, where micromanagement,distrust,and unethical practices thrive. Leadership specially Dr Renu Singh is known for taking over critical responsibilities such as deal closures by her own without telling to concern RM and CP’s. Instead of empowering the work she is creating toxic work culture.New hirees receive minimal guidance less support and high performers often become targets of internal insecurity,false rumours and sudden terminations are very common. Moreover surveillance cameras equipped with audio monitoring are used to invade employees privacy, fostering a culture of constant fear and distrust.
