Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved

It's just your academic head bossing you around and taking their frustration out on you. Too much micromanagement. Can't eat lunch together, can discuss anything with colleagues, working overtime without compensation is promoted here, your academic head will keep record of the number of times you use washroom. Definitely not a good place to work.

Sincerity fund criteria is not satisfactory. As due to very serious condition in my family I left my job from AESL before cometion of 2 year tenure (i did there 1 year and 4 months job). I left AESL with one month prior notice, but still I didn't get sincerity find. No dues already done in april month of 2024. It will be good if company will provide me sincerity fund.

Stress, job insecurity,9 working hours. Students first policy is good but sometimes negative for teachers. If. You scold naughty students they may give bad rating. You can be fired any time.

There is so much politics in the office, even the managers target that one particular person. Gives false information and forces to resign from the job. You just have to agree to anything they say, you don't have any freedom to put forward your points.

Work life balance is zero. you get one day off that too its wednesday. They will make your wednesday a work day in lieu of any extra hoilday that may come due to government order. Sometimes they make you work if a festival falls on tuesday or thursday. It is not even like you have work, you just need to do your 9 hour sitting idle. you can expect 8% hike. they will cut 10% of your salary as variable, and another 10 as a security which you will get after completing 26 months. Also they will only accept resignation in the month of feb with a newly introduced 2 months notice period. Well, it is only to make the company operations easy, they can fire you in a breath. If you are a man, you will die for transfer, but they can transfer you wherever THEY want, you get 2 days to report to new location. No compensation for relocation.
