Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .

The working environment of Aakash is very pathetic. You have no time to take breath. I can understand there will sale pressure but TL always shouting on team members. He doesn't know how to talk with people. You will feel like you are in prison because you have to write time on paper whenever you want to go even for washroom. Stricttimings for lunch time. Sincerity fund criteria is not satisfactory. As due to very serious condition in my family I left my job from AESL before cometion of 2 year tenure (i did there 1 year and 4 months job). I left AESL with one month prior notice, but still I didn't get sincerity find. No dues already done in april month of 2024. It will be good if company will provide me sincerity fund.
