The upper management is completely involved in politics and dirty games. They create unnecessary pressure and tjey were trying to be male dominant. Being a female I was so shocked at this behaviour. On my first day , they told me to memorise the brochure and repeat it verbally. Not to laugh, not to talk with anyone. Submit mobile phones. Eat lunch in 10 minutes. What rubbish is ll this? Even Children wont tolerate this kinda behaviour. Pathetic work environment. Even after having 17 years of experience I faced all this in this institute. Shameful!!!!...Read More
