Nothing is there to like.... One of the worst organisation I have worked with.

Dislikes

Dirty Politics of Assistant Director, Deputy Director and people at Management level. They are disgusting people with rude, unprofessional, unethical, immoral behaviour. They are people who take benefits of others hardwork. A total disgusting environment. I won't suggest anyone to work here. Maximum of the good faculties are workingthere because they have no choice. Deputy Director of Gujarat is a very shrewd, cunning and worst person I have seen and met. Because of his rude, arrogant ,manipulative behaviour and dirty politics many best faculties have resigned from Surat, Vadodara, Vapi Branches of Aakash Byju. But even the people at highest management is least bothered. He threatens people directly as if he is the company owner....Read More

Hi everyone, i need suggestion . I got laid off in December because of the manpower optimization. And in March begining Ijoined company and it is a very toxic .
