Arrogant and irritating Branch Managers and Academicians . With these people at hand the business is definitely going to be closed . Academic staff feel like they are the ones who run the company. Needs lots of restructuring both in policies and in Sops.

All directors and employees are taken care by stake holders and self responsiblity and accountablities given . All sipport to staff to perform and ground check understanding if any unstatisfactory performance to help staff to perform . Perks given is at par as per the grade/Designation.

Everything in duty of 12 hrs , no hr will asked about Greviences and problems, no one visit for employees betterment, cut off in salary perks, it's a single platform for all mental diseases, no God will help you when you will be in Aakash

Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .
