Working culture very pressurized working culture, no work life balance we were also asked to report office during festival holidays, Managers are not supportive will always threaten you for your job and will ask frequently to resign if day target is not completed also managers are always finding way to save there own job. Bad work environment reason: (1)working on SIP forcefully, (2)per day change in rules for travel and other reimbursements just to mentally disturb employees so that they quit and don't apply reimbursement, (3)overtime work forcefully with no extra pay, unplanned classes which harass faculties, Faculties are forced by DD, AD and AH to give students admission test to provide them maximum scholarship just to increase maximum number of admissions which later on affects teacher to fulfill the target result, (4) Less increment in salary (5) Unnecessary transfer any time even in the mid session just to downgrade ratings to kick out of company (6)In some centres, AH don't let you know about your feedback and ratings just to let you unaware of it if they are wishing to see you jobless or they are instructed by AD or DD to throw you out of the company so that it seems legal and ethical. (7) Job insecurity is the major reason here, when they need you, they will make you work for more than 12 hrs but when they start cost cutting, they will definitely find a way to terminate you even without paying you notice period salary or providing notice period. (8) Worst thing is their "Student First" concept which is applicable for any type of uncultured, unmannered and disturbing students. They can terminate you even just to hold one such type of students reason being these type of students of pay full fees. Conclusion is that at Aakash, a student who pay fee is more respectable than a teacher who has high knowledge and experience with even IITs degree. (9) In some centres there is a discrimination between JEE and NEET. This affects teachers value at centre. (10) The strict punch in and punch out system is very uncomfortable for employees. There should be a system like PW which uses Darwinbox and employees come and complete 9 hrs as per their work schedule and comfort....Read More

Kuch bhi pasand nahi aaya. Work culture bekaar. Sirf local logo ke liye hai aur majboor logo ke liye jo daily 14-15 ghante ghas ghas ke kaam kar sakta hai. Aur salary aane ke baad hi immediate resign daalna warna tumhari salary gayab.

I worked in AST Janakpuri (call center) // salaries are good and on time because its in the hands of upper management No work life balance because you have to stretch your shifts to complete your target even they make female counsellor stay-back till 8:30 Good Job security is there but due to pressure people are leaving on their own This company never asks you to leave instead they create an environment targeting you and calling you in managers room on alternative days so that you will get fed up and leave Nothing to learn same create leads convert them they will impose new rule in every 2-3 days from quality head and make you confused then they will find your NC and boom now you won’t get your incentives They calls their employees in office on holidays because they do not have permission for WFH i guess and they even work from home on holi and diwali Employee agrees to work for OT then they have conditions of 3hr talk time with no data And employee who do not agree they will make them come by forcing that you are tenure company needs you company provided you leave when you wanted If you go and ask for leave they will straight away deni so take UL And here in AST they promote on basis of your religion if you are muslim than you’ll be promoted in the 2nd year of your working there Someone just go and have a look there in AST Janakpuri their relatives are more recruited who don’t know how to explain “My Self” // don’t know english // they eat “gutka” in office premises// there oral hygiene is worst// they spit in lifts and on mats inside office and nobody asks them the reason Such kind of people’s are their in the system So please if you want to join Aakash do join in Noida or anywhere you want but not for AST Janakpuri Thank You...Read More

Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved
