The management person is not good at Aakash, why the juniors are suffering for targets, nobody is looking at this, Only one candidate Kawaljeet kaur is doing her over targets and 2nd topper is at just half of her numbers. Sincerity fund criteria is not satisfactory. As due to very serious condition in my family I left my job from AESL before cometion of 2 year tenure (i did there 1 year and 4 months job). I left AESL with one month prior notice, but still I didn't get sincerity find. No dues already done in april month of 2024. It will be good if company will provide me sincerity fund.

Arrogant and irritating Branch Managers and Academicians . With these people at hand the business is definitely going to be closed . Academic staff feel like they are the ones who run the company. Needs lots of restructuring both in policies and in Sops.

All directors and employees are taken care by stake holders and self responsiblity and accountablities given . All sipport to staff to perform and ground check understanding if any unstatisfactory performance to help staff to perform . Perks given is at par as per the grade/Designation.
