Salary is always on time. Brand name in Industry so as a sales person never hesitate to introduce ourself. Provide training on time to time.

Work-life balance... minimum 10 hrs of a day on average you have to work sometimes more than 12 hrs also. Appreciation is very often. Work pressure is very high. Job security is very less untill and unless you wouldn't deliver your performance according to their's expectations. Mostly times you have to come on your weekly off also. forget about leave.
