It's worst organization , work culture . I didn't get my confirmation after my probation period was over inspite of giving them good business . After my probation date was over I worked for 45 days more and resigned . Becoz I didn't get confirmation . Now wen an employee is in probation why would he serve notice period of 15 days .Even in the appointment letter it is mentioned that after " Confirmation " if an employee resigns and doesn't serve notice period he is liable for dues . Now , even when I was in probation when I resigned they mailed me after 4 months mentioning that as I have not served notice period I am liable to pay 20275/- as violation of terms and conditions . I understand these people are poor for money so I transferred money in their account as charity . Let them enjoy 15 days notice period dues from non confirmed employees who worked 45 days more after probation period ended ....Read More

I not work there.but when i went there for needy at that time.comming to institute i faced an interview also.but the sir not selected me because my communication is not up to mark, and that to i don't know Hindi .i read fluently but not expressing ..I am from Rajahmundry.Native language is telugu only but i am speaking and writing in English only..but they ask for Hindi..if you had knowledge of what's is important they ask me for experience certificates too...they are not trusting people ..then why people trust them❓...please provide information of what education standards they are giving not courses....Read More

Working with Aakash gave me a lot of learning and experience in the educational Industry. Aakash truly gives all the top achievers and determined persons a great platform to grow and also recognises their work.

Dislikes

The incentive part is very worst in Aakash that they never give the incentive that they have promised. And that little amount of incentive also won’t reach us on time. That will lead to demotivation and non enthusiastic work environment even after putting great efforts for achieving our targets. There is only one day off as week off which is actually not sufficient.
