No bonuses, loss making organisation with arrogant management still minting money . Politics more than that of national level . Arrogant reporting managers who donot approve leaves. CHRO never sees msgs . Ceo never interferes in operations. Roh Regional admin AOH find ways to loot company funds. Lot lot more .

Managers and higher authorities harrash the employees , too much pressuring, If you are joining aakash commit yourself that you were not born , you were thrown directly onto the earth , forget about your family , aakash is only a priority, your personal life will become hell , Im suffering from Diabetes since I have joined here
