There is no sunch thing which employees can like, your shift is 9 hrs still, you have to work daily 11-12 hrs. Worst working culture and in heavy workload no one there to support you and manager is very rude.

Dislikes

Management is not good and not supportive, you get scolded every day if it is your mistake or not. They are expecting results from you without giving proper training. In short employees retention is worst in this company.

Its been more than a year since I have been working in AAJ Enterprises and so far I have awesome experience. The best part is support management provide whenever needed. There are not at all delays in receiving salary.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work load gets extremely high during the peak season of any client. During that time we need to put in some extra hours so that we complete the work in the client provided timeline.

I joined this lala company during my college placement so I feel horiable experience in my life i didn't forget this experience. What my actual reason to resign 1 month (1) Lot of workload my working hours 10 AM to 11:30 PM and i personally shut down the WH (bhiwadi location) daily. (2) Seniors always not supportive they try to putown works to you. (3) Location is village mode so no food outside . (4) Washroom is same for labour and employees. (5) College time they offer to to 4.5 to 5 lac per after off MT period they offer 3 to 3.20 Lac per annum so false promise. (6) No PF deduction and not provide other benefits, no parks , no bonus, no increments. (7)Employee join only short time period this organisation. Prior to joining AAJ I have 3 years of work experience in Flipkart - Logistics Department. I joined AAJ in 2022 and till now it has been approximately 2.5 years. I joined AAJ as warehouse manager and since then have been promoted to senior manager. I have directly reporting to CEO and she is extremely knowledgeable and polite.

I have been working in the company since 2+ years now and I joined as a fresher college placement. All along these past 2 years were a great learning curve for me. I joined in the business development department and all the colleagues were extremely helpful. I joined aaj thinking in mind that once the job market improves i will switch the job into some IT company. They have so called MT period if there is demand like in peak season they will hire you and if there is no demand then they will not even you have work hard and dedicated towards organisation. 2.The location is so outskirts of the city it's resembles the same as in panchayat web series. No safety . 3.This is the first organisation I have seen where if you deduct your pf you also have to give employer contribution. 4. Aaj Enterprises management Team should be in politics even they can win it. 5. It's a typical LALA company. If you are a corporate person you can't survive 6. Nothing, management is so partial.. they have 2-3 employee as favourite and give all the benifits to them only and neglect the other employees hard work.
