I have been working in the company since 2+ years now and I joined as a fresher college placement. All along these past 2 years were a great learning curve for me. I joined in the business development department and all the colleagues were extremely helpful. My manager helped me gained confidence while talking to prospects on the call and how to tackle unqiue requirements of the client.

Joined the company as a fresher last year as business development executive. Its been approximately 1 year since i am working in aaj enterprises and so far my experience has really good. The learning i have gained from my fellow colleagues help me grow.

sometimes working hours get a little elongated depending on the clients requirements.

Being a software engineer and working in a hardcore operations company is something i never expected with my career. I joined aaj thinking in mind that once the job market improves i will switch the job into some IT company. But its been more than 2 years since i am working in aaj and work culture is so much better as compared to hustle culture IT companies i earlier worked with.

this is my first company as i have joined aaj as a freshers. Initial days in the company was little hectic as there was so much to learn but my colleagues help me alot in understanding different aspects of workings.

The company fosters a flat hierarchy enabling open communication with everyone including the senior leadership team. Additionally the exposure to cross functional team is exceptional offering valuable opportunities for collaboration and learning

Dislikes

Management can workup on the company culture. Improvement in recognition and appreciation for good performing employees.

workplace environment is very supportive especially my colleagues. Perks of providing insurance for me and my family is very nice.

Dislikes

WFH is not provided to junior employees is something I don't like. Only senior employees are provided with 4 WFH per month.

My reporting manager is very nice, always pushing us to grow and learn more. Also, the company compensate for any course we opt for to improve our skills.
