I joined in Aadhar in 2017/June Now seven years completed One of the very safest place in work. In covid period - Company taking care in every moment. We can easily talk to all the HODs if we needed. Now I got ESOP also.Very Happy.

Heavy pressure This financial year i unable to perform well due to so many reasons.So the last five months very poor business did. So i submit my resignation.Now I am in notice period.Really I am going to miss one of the very strongest, safest NBFCs.

I think this company buy great place to work tag there is nothing like great place to work here. Work culture is pathetic business manager are dumb they don't know how to treat people using abusive language,daily late night work culture, full day they do nothing,even they sourcing file through sourcer where every detail and documents are missing,they intentionally funding fraud property

Sales person are not capable to sourcing file, business managers like tarak samanta and Raja acharjee this people humiliated team members using abusive language

Iski complain main apne senior se ki toh jisne HR Head Taslim Gazi iska Support karte hai . Saurabh Seth agar apna Target pura kare ya na Kare unhe salary aati hai .
